Group Training
Our group classes are an excellent supplement to any strength and conditioning routine. Group sessions are small (max. six people) which allow us to maintain a furious pace, perform challenging, effective exercises, and still provide personal instruction for all in the class. In a group class you might push the prowler 40 yards, drag some heavy chains, flip some tires, use a sledgehammer, lift some weights, and then rest! It’s boot camp with some cool equipment in a private gym – we’ve taken it to the next level.
