We love training. We’re athletes, businesspeople, and family members just like you. And we love to train.
It’s our belief that when you are passionate about something it’s a joy and a responsibility to share that passion with anyone who asks.
We borrow from everything, taking a multidisciplinary approach to exercise, because there is no single training methodology that works for everyone all the time. In a single workout, you may power lift to develop raw strength in a specific lift, utilize various yoga positions to increase flexibility, and perform interval training to elevate your cardiovascular fitness.
It is the role of the Onelife trainer to incorporate your lifestyle, your schedule, and your mood, under the umbrella of your specific goals and needs.
