Welcome to Onelife. We are a private facility centrally located in Kelowna, British Columbia. At a little under 2000 square feet our facility is fully stocked with strength, cardiovascular, and flexibility equipment.

We are an appointment only training facility offering some of the best one on one and small group training services.

Our gym mirrors the dichotomy of our training philosophy, we make health and wellness relaxed and fun, yet rigorous and challenging. It’s our belief that aligning these elements are essential to successfully achieving your fitness goals.

In our industry we use terms like “adherence” and “retention rate” as success indicators, but really, It’s gotta be fun and it’s gotta be effective or it won’t work!
